Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Freedom By Design is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Freedom By Design is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
